This PAIA Manual is compiled in terms of Section 51 of PAIA and provides a description of the records held by CorpConfig Online and the procedure for requesting access to such records. It forms part of our commitment to accountability and the constitutional right of access to information.

Requests for access to records in terms of PAIA must be addressed to the Information Officer.
The Information Regulator has compiled a Guide to PAIA in terms of Section 10 of the Act. The Guide contains information on how to exercise rights under PAIA and is available on the Information Regulator’s website at www.inforegulator.org.za or may be obtained from the Information Officer upon request.

A prescribed request fee is payable upon submission of a request. Additional fees may be charged for the reproduction of records and for search and preparation time as determined by the Minister in terms of PAIA regulations. A deposit may be required where the preparation of the record will exceed six hours.
